Refund and cancellation

Pro and Elite are monthly digital subscriptions billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time in the Stripe Customer portal from the membership page. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

We do not refund part of a month because you cancelled early or because you did not use the borders, text-to-speech, or song requests. If New Zealand consumer law requires a refund, including where the service is not supplied with reasonable care or is not fit for the purpose we described, we will refund what the law requires.

Chargebacks and card disputes should start with the Customer portal or by writing to the crew. Stripe receipts go to the email on the account.
